经过15年的艰苦努力,我国终于迈进了世贸组织的大门。就人们普遍看好的中国服装业来说,似乎从此便可以高枕无忧地获得空前发展。然而,加入WTO虽然会改善我国服装业的出口环境,拓宽我国服装出口的增长空间,为我国服装业的发展带来新的机遇,但实际上,我国服装业正面临着空前的挑战,这种挑战还将在一定时期内长期存在。本文通过对"入世"给我国服装业带来的机遇以及我国服装业面临的巨大挑战的分析研究,提出了为正确应对"入世"挑战,我国服装业应当采取的对策和措施。

After 15 year＇s difficuh endeavors, our country finally had stridesn forward World Trade Organization＇s front door. Chinese clothing industry which the people generally favors on, as if henceforth then may soaringly obtain the unprecedented development. However, joining WTO can improve the export environment of our country clothing industry, open up substan- tial room for growth which our country clothing exports, and bring the new opportunity to the development of our country clothing industry. But in fact, our country clothing industry is facing the unprecedented challenge, this kind of challenge also in certain time long - standing. Through analysis the opportunity which joining WTO brings for our country clothing industry and the enormous challenges which our country clothing industry is facing, this article proposed countermeasure of our country clothing industry to answer the challenge of joining WTO.
