摘要 研究了稀土离子对红细胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶活性和ATP分解的影响.实验结果表明,0.01mmol·dm-3的La3+、Sm3+、Y3+对红细胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶有激活作用,Y3+的激活作用小于Sm3+、La3+.当溶液中La3+、Sm3+、Y3+浓度增大时,稀土离子对Ca2+-ATP酶的激活作用反而减弱,抑制作用增强.稀土离子能加速溶液中ATP的分解,溶液中稀土离子浓度越高或作用时间越长,ATP分解越多. It was studied that the effects of rare earths on the activity of crythrocytic mem-brane Ca2+-ATPase and the ATP decomposition in solution in this paper. The resultsshowed that 0. 01mmol. dm-s La3+,Sm3+,ys+ stimulated the activity of crythrocytic mem-brane Caz+-ATPase, but the stimulation of Y3+ was lower than that of La3+,Sm3+. WhenLa3+,Sm3+, Y3+ concentration increased in medium,their stimulation to Ca2+-ATPase activ-ity decreased,and the inhibition strengthened. The rare earth ions could activate the ATP de-compositon in solutibn,and the more their concentration or the longer the action time,themore the ATP decomposition.
