摘要
通过对碳粉料浆性能与pH值、分散剂加入量及Zeta电位关系的研究,确定了料浆制备的最佳工艺条件,获得了能满足用全碳质材料渗硅,制备反应烧结碳化硅的料浆,样品烧结密度和抗弯强度分别达2.95g/cm3和225MPa。
The optimum process conditions for preparing slip were determined by the investigation of the influences of the pH value,the ameunt of JA , Zeta potential on the properties of the slip.The slurry that suited for the RBSC by infiltrating silicon into carbon material was obtained.The sontered density and flexure strength of the sample reached 2.95 g/cm 3 and 225 MPa,respectively.
