用 WPS 制混凝土减水剂的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以废聚苯乙烯(WPS)泡沫为原料,采用浓硫酸和发烟硫酸两种磺化方法制备性能良好的砼减水剂。对所制砼减水剂的化学成分、分子结构、酸碱度、起泡性、流动度和减水率等性能作了检测,并对其3d、7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度作了不同W/C和不同减水剂掺量条件下的对比试验。结果表明:聚苯乙烯(PS)磺酸钠砼减水剂(简称PS减水剂)属引气型高效减水剂,适宜的掺量为0.5%~0.8%,减水率可达20.5%,28d砼的抗折、抗压强度比未掺PS减水剂分别提高13.2%和26.9%。 The PS water reducing agent,which is very effective for concrete,has been made from waste poly styrene(WPS) by sulfuric acid of fuming sulfuric acid sulfonation process.The chemical composition,molecular structure,acidity,alkalinity,foaming ability,flowability and water reducing efficiency etc.have been tested.The comparison tests of the fracture strength and the compressive strength of 3 d,7 d,28 d between deffrent W/C and deffrent mixture ratio of the PS Water Reducing Agent(PSWRA) have been also made.Results of all the tests show that the PSWRA belong to the water reducing agent which has high water reducing efficiency and is able to draw gas into the concrete.Its best mixing amount is 0.5% ̄0.8%,the water reducing efficiency is high up to 20.5%,the fracture strength and the compressive strength go up to 13.2% and 26.9% respectively.
