Occupational ennui of college physical education teachers in their career periods

对山西省普通高校体育教师教学生涯中的职业倦怠进行调查后发现:职业倦怠存在于山西省普通高校体育教师整个教学生涯中,但在工作的不同阶段程度不同。其中,教龄在l3～l8年是职业倦怠最严重的阶段,总体呈"双峰型"的发展趋势。倦怠程度与教师在不同阶段所关注的问题有直接关系。

After having investigated occupational ennui of physical education teachers in common institutes of high learning in Shanxi province, the authors revealed the following findings： occupational ennui of physical education teachers in common institutes of high learning in Shanxi province was prevailing in the entire teacher career; the teachers had different degrees of occupational ennui in different stages of work; the length of teaching ranging from 13 to 18 years is the stage in which common college physical education teachers have most serious occupational ennui, showing an overall trend of ＂twin peak type＂ development; the degree of ennui is directly related to different issues concerned by the teachers in different stages.
