立式分解炉的设计研究

Design and Research of Vertical Precalciner

提出了一种新型预分解装置——立式分解炉。（ＶｅｒｔｉｃａｌＰｒｅｃａｌｃｉｎｅｒ简称ＶＰ炉）阐明了该炉设计原理，热工特性。并由此推出新法烧成——“黑生料立式分解炉煅烧水泥熟料方法”。通过ＶＰ炉热模试烧成功结论，提出了工业立式分解炉设计参数及烧成系统设计。从而说明该烧成方法具有节能、省投资、适应性大等优点。尤其适用于我国中、小规模预分解窑。

The article offers a new type precalciner Vertical Prealciner (VP furnace).Designed principle and thermotechnical performance of VP furnace is detailed.A new burning method,i.e.“The Burning Method of Black Raw Meal Nodule in the Kiln with the Vertical Precalciner”has been presented.Parameters of industrial VP furnace and design speciality of the burning system of this method have been presented with success through trial burning of model VP furnace.Therefore,the above mentioned method proves clearly to be of advanced and has the advantages of saving energy,needing less equipment,less inverstment and high adaptability ,In addition this new technology is specially suitable for dry process kiln of both middle and small scaled production in China.
