在当前的师德建设中迫切需要提升教师的职业尊严感。这需要来自教师群体的自身努力,也需要政府机构、各级教育行政部门和学校以及社会舆论的鼎力支持。此外,师德建设中的一些缺乏人性化的观念也严重削弱了教师的职业尊严感,应引起关注。

The professional dignity of teachers needs to be urgently upgraded in the current morality construetion. This requires the efforts of the teachers groups, and also needs great support from schools, all levels of education-related executive departments and the public opinions. In addition, the lack of the concept of human nature during the construction of morality building seriously undermines the professional dignity of the teachers ,which of course should arouse our great attention.
