地方高校合并中的文化冲突与整合

摘要 大学文化是一个大学赖以生存和发展的重要根基与血脉,是大学相互区别的重要标志和特征,高校合并过程中必然存在文化层面的冲突,文化冲突的演变过程实质上是双方文化的博弈过程。高校合并后,新的高校文化必须统一于新组建高校的核心理念、核心价值观,这种新的文化不会自动产生,需要进行文化整合与创新。新的高校文化整合就是高校生态系统的再造,目的是通过对文化的整合来达到行为的整合,通过对价值观念的认同来达到行为的规范,通过对个体的规范达到群体的和谐。在调研原文化状况,提炼核心价值观的基础上,确定文化整合方案及发展方向,同时还要进行跨文化培训,加强双方沟通和交流。 University culture is the important foundation and blood vessels in the development, and is an important symbol of mutual differences and characteristics too. Local college merger must exist cultural conflict. Cultural conflict is a Culture Game Process. College after the merger, the new culture of colleges must be established in the newly core idea and values, and this new culture needs integration and innovation. Cultural integration of the new College is recycled on College Ecosystem. Frist, refine the core values after research. Second, train of cross-cultural.
