加强师资队伍的建设是提高教学质量的根本保障,民办高校要健康发展,就必须拥有一支稳定的、高水平的师资队伍。
Strengthening the construction of university teacher team is the basic security to enhance teaching quality. The voluntary university should have a steady and high-quality teacher team if they want to develop healthily.
