产碱杆菌肺炎的诊断和治疗(附23例报告)

摘要
近年来革兰氏阴性(G-)杆菌肺炎在临床上越来越多,但产碱杆菌肺炎仍为少见。我院自1984年7月至1988年9月收治的产碱杆菌肺炎23例,现就诊断和治疗作如下报告。
