外国反恐立法的借鉴及对我国的启示

Using for reference the foreign anti-terrorism legislation and giving some suggestions to China

打击恐怖活动犯罪不仅重要而且十分迫切。我国反恐立法在刑事实体法、程序法和立法模式等几个方面都存在一些问题。本文通过借鉴俄罗斯、德国等国家的立法经验,分析我国反恐立法现状,对完善我国反恐立法问题提出几点建议。

Condemning the terrorist activities is not only important but also extremely urgent. Chinese anti-terrorism legislations in substantive criminal law ,procedural law and legislation and several other models exist some problems.By analyzing the status of anti-terrorist legislation and identifying these issues, we carl learn from Russia,Germany and other country legislative experience in order to improve Chinese anti-terrorism legislation.
