摘要
基于铸铁定向凝固实验,将Bridgman法定向凝固装置简化为由加热区和冷却区组成的二段式结构,推导出一个简明的一维传热解析解。通过理论分析与计算说明了该解使用的条件。
Considering practical conditions of unidirectional solidification experiments of cast iron, the Bridgman configuration is simplified as a structure consisting of hot zone and cold zone, and a simple analytical approch describing the heat transfer in the test sample has been developed . The conditions for which the approach is applicable have been expounded by theoretical analysis and calculations.
