摘要
用SEM、EDS、TEM对L2/16MnR爆炸焊接界面反应区进行了研究。结果发现:该区是由非晶、微晶、准晶相和多种Fe、Al化合物组成的混合组织;化合物种类有Al3Fe、Al2Fe、Al6Fe、Al5Fe2、AlFe。分析了反应区和混合组织的形成机制。
The microstructures in the interface reaction zone of explosively welded L2/16MnR have been studied by using TEM,SEM and EDS. The results reveal that the microstructures of the zone are the mixed structure which is composed of noncrystal,microcrystal,quasicrystal and Al Fe series compounds Al 3Fe,Al 2Fe,Al 6Fe,Al 5Fe 2,AlFe. The form mechanism of the reaction zone and the mixed structure have been analysed.
