摘要
对全自动液体包装机上使用的容积泵型计量调节机构提出了改进，在曲柄连杆调节的基础上加入了回流调节阀的调节。经实际使用证明，采用两级调节的设计使得调节方便，精度提高，不需停机即可实施，整机效率提高６％以上，易于实现计量的自动化控制。
A displacement pump style measuring adjusting device of the full automatic liquid packing machine is improved . It indicates that convenient adjusting and high precision can be obtained through two stage adjustment,the whole efficiency is raised by 6%, and thus the automatic control of measurement can be realized easily.
