中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with west medicine on ulcerative colitis

目的观察四神丸加味汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将溃疡性结肠炎患者162例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用四神丸加味汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶,对照组单纯应用西药,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率为54.1%,总有效率为92.9%;对照组临床治愈率为36.4%,总有效率为72.7%。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论四神丸加味汤联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of the sishen pills combined with sulfasalazine on ulcerative colitis patients.Methods 162 ulcerative colitis patients were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group was given sishen pills plus traditional Chinese medicine soups combined with sulfasalazine,and the control group was given west medicine.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 54.1%,total effective rate was 92.9%,while the cure rate of control group was 36.4%,total effective rate was 72.7%.There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sishen pills plus traditional Chinese medicine soups has satisfactory effects on ulcerative colitis patients.
