维生素K缺乏与骨损害的关系

摘要 维生素K(VK)是特异性骨蛋白中谷氨酸进行翻译后γ-羧化的酶促反应中重要的辅助因子,也是甾族和异生素受体(SXR)介导下维持骨稳态的信号网路中某些基因的转录调节子。此外,VK对骨质再吸收,破骨效应以及炎症反应起着一定的抑制作用。本文对以上几方面进行综述,也提出关于VK在骨代谢方面一些未知的问题,旨在发掘出VK缺乏与骨损害的关系。 Vitamin K is a necessary cofactor for post-translational γ-carboxylation of glutamic acid in the enzymatic reaction of specific bone proteins.It also serves as a transcriptional regulator of certain genes through the signaling network in bone homeostasis mediated by Steroid and Xenobiotic Receptor(SXR).Besides,vitamin K plays a part in inhibitory action of bone resorption,osteoclastogenesis and inflammatory reaction.The author summarizes the actions of vitamin K in bone metabolism,proposes several relative problems to be resolved,aims at uncovering the relationship between vitamin K deficiency and bone damage.
