试论我国高职法学教育的现状、问题与对策

The Present Situation,Problems and Solutions of Higher Vocational Legal Science Education in China

近年来,我国的高职法学教育从无到有,逐步发展壮大。但是作为新生事物,高职法学教育面临着教学方法滞后、实践课程设置简单、教学内容陈旧、师资结构不合理等诸多问题,改革传统的法学教育人才培养模式,构建具有职业特色的教学体系成为高职法学教育发展趋势所在。

In recent years, the higher vocational legal science education has appeared and is developing quickly. But as a new one, it faces a lot of problems which are backward teaching method, simple practice course, outmoded teaching content and unreasonable teaching equipment. It has been the developed tendency for the higher vocational legal science education to reform tradditional talent training pattern and construct professional feature teaching system.
