石化企业综合统计系统开发中的若干问题研究

STUDY OF SOME PROBLEMS ON DEVELOPING THE SYNTHETICAL AND STATISTICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE LARGE PETROCHEMICAL PLANT

采用了面向数据对象设计、通用软件模块等策略，较好的解决了石化企业综合统计系统设计中面临的统计算法不确定、统计项目和统计规则多变等问题，对于ＭＩＳ的开发具有一定的参考价值。

This article employs data object Oriented design,general purpose software module strategy and so satisfactorily resolves the problems of (1)undecidability of statistics algorithms (2)volatility of statistics projects and statistics planning ,both being encuntered in the comprehensive statistics system design of petrochemical enterprise.This artcle has cert ain reference value for the development of Management informatoin system(MIS).
