APPLICATION OF ION BEAM INJECTION TECHNIQUE TO THE MICRO HYDROELECTRIC MACHINE

摘要 针对斜击式微型水力发电机存在着泥沙磨损和气蚀难题,提出了应用离子束注入技术改善其主要部件的材质,可有效地延长使用寿命,扩宽应用范围,具有实用价值。 Oblique strike micro hydroelectric machines are often used in mountain areas and forest regions.This paper is directed at difficult problems of the machines which are easily worn by mud and sand and corrodeda by air lose.It points out that ion beam injection technique can improve the quality of the material, prolong life of the machine and expand range of use of the machine. There is also important significance from the point of academic study and the application of new technique.
