摘要
介绍了扁平钢箱梁中横隔板的3种基本构造形式及受力特点;以广州珠江黄埔大桥北汊桥为工程背景,根据流线形钢箱梁横隔板的结构受力特点,建立梁段空间仿真模型,分析施工阶段在桥面吊机支点力作用下,整体横隔板的空间结构行为。通过比较横隔板在局部竖向加劲肋设置前后的局部应力分布情况,肯定了横隔板局部加固措施对强度方面的作用。
Three basic structures and their stress characteristics of the streamlined flat box girder are introduced. Taking the north bridge of Huangpu Bridge of Pearl River in Guangzhou as an example, according to structure-stress character of the box girder's diaphragm,the space simulation model of beam section is set up to analyze the space action of the total diaphragm under the force caused by the crane on the deck in the stage of construction. By comparing local stress distributions and analyzing whether the vertical stiffeners are added, the reinforce method used on the local diaphragm in the field of strength is affirmed.
