Readers Integral System:A New Model of the Management of Library Readers

摘要 针对图书馆读者管理的问题,揭示现行的读者管理制度的弊端,在借鉴其它行业成功经验的基础上,提出读者积分制的设想,对读者积分制的积分得失规则、读者等级设置等作详细设计,并将读者积分制与现行的读者管理制度进行比较,得出结论:读者积分制在体现人人平等的图书馆基本原则,规避当前规章制度中的某些惩罚性的条款所遭遇尴尬与困顿,并充分发挥图书馆的教育职能方面较现行的读者管理制度有明显的优势。 Aiming at library reader management problems, the author exposes the defects of present reader control systems, and proposes the considerations of readers integral system based on the successful experiences of other industries. The author also does a detailed design for readers integral system, including integral rules of gains and losses and the readers grade settings, compares readers integral system with the present reader control system, and draws the conclusion that readers integral system has obvious advantages than the existing management systems in embodying the basic principles of the library, in avoiding the frustrations and embarrassments encountered by some punitive rules and regulations of library and in giving full play of library education functions for the readers.
