摘要
采用目前对于肥料用量及配比研究较为实用可靠的"3414"实验方法,在棕壤大田进行白头翁栽培试验,力求找到适合于白头翁生长所需要的合理肥料用量及配比。结果表明,每棵苗(8kg土)施氮(N)17.94g;施磷(P2O5)12g;施钾(K2O)11.9g处理的每棵根系平均产量最高达到8.791g株-1。
The experiment with the "3414 design" was conducted for knowing the influence of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the yield of the root total N, total P and total K content of Pulsatilla chinensis in brown earth field. The result showed that the optimum combination of N, P and K was N : 17.94g 8kg^-1 soil,P2O5: 12g 8kg^-1 soil, K2O:11.9g 8kg^-1 soil, and mean yield was the highest (8.791g pot^-1).
