摘要
研究了赤霉素作新还原剂还原锗钼酸铵的显色反应,在0.5025mol/LH2SO4介质中,赤霉素能将锗钼酸铵还原成锗钼蓝,其最大吸收波长为805nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.42×104L/molcm,线性范围为0~30μg/25mL,显色液色泽十分稳定,可用于锗的分光光度测定。
The color reaction of Ge Mo heteropoly acid with gibberellin as new reducing agent is studied. In the media of 0.5025 mol/L H 2SO 4,the Ge Mo heteropoly acid is reduced to Ge Mo heteropoly blue by gibberellin, which exhibits maximum absorption at 805 nm with molar sbsorptivity of 2.24×10 4 L/ mol·cm and linear range of 0~30μg/25mL.
