摘要
针对低压大电流输入的独立式逆变电源系统,提出了一种中间直流母线电压不固定的电路结构。该逆变电源前级采用一种占空比不调制的 LCL 谐振软开关推挽式 DC-DC 变换器,串联的后级采用单极性调制的全桥 DC-AC 变换器。详细分析了前级谐振型DC-DC 电路的工作原理。针对中间母线电压不调制的特点,提出了一种干扰抵消的后级 DC-AC 电路的控制方案。制作并测试了一台220VAC 输出的1kW 逆变器,在额定状态下效率大于90%,输出电压调整率也达到要求。
A topology structure with variable middle dc bus voltage is proposed for the inpependent inverter power supply application with heavy current and low voltage input. Its front end is a LCL resonant soft switched push-pull DC-DC converter with fixed duty factor, followed by a cascaded full-bridge DC-AC converter with unipolarity modulation. The theory and design of the LCL DC-DC converter is elaborated. A controller with disturbance counteraction for the DC-AC converter is proposed. An industry prototype with 220VAC output and 1KW load capacity is produced and tested. The result shows the efficiency is more than 90%, and the waveforms match with the theory analysis.
