摘要
钻井液固相控制系统的容积关系到固控系统的综合技术和经济效益。目前国内还没有可提供给设计和使用方确定钻井液固相控制系统容积的理论方法。在调查国内固控系统制造厂和用户配套现状的基础上,结合多年设计和配套固控系统的经验,提出了以钻机型号为基础确定固控系统容积的方法。
The volume of a drilling fluid processing system (DFPS) plays a significant role In ItS general technical performance and economic gain. But up to now, there has been no recognized theoretic method available for designer and user to specify a DFPS' volume. So here in the paper, based on the investigation of nationwide DFPS' suppliers and users with long-term experience in designing and configuring DFPS', a new DFPS' volume program is presented, which conforms to the types and basic parameters for drilling rigs.
