摘要
为掌握液压震击器震击性能,提高井下作业效率,分析了试验台架液压上击器的震击过程;建立了试验台架液压上击器震击效果的计算模型。根据弹性波理论与动力学相结合的办法,得出台架上心轴撞击垫与缸套承击体撞击时的冲击能以及心轴对缸套产生的撞击力,为现场测试和上击器的优化设计提供了依据。
In order to master the performance of Hydra-Jar and improve the efficiency of the downhole operation, the process of jarring in test-bed is analyzed in this paper, and the Hydra-Jar's Calculation model based on test-bench is built. The impact energy and the impact force are attained about the mandrel and the cylinder liner with the plane wave propagation theories and dynamics. The result offers the academic evidence for the latter locating examination and provides the principle for the Hydra-Jar's optimization design.
