摘要
在人才竞争日益激烈的市场经济条件下,西部高校要想提高引进人才的成效,就必须根据当前存在的问题,总结经验和教训,通过科学地规划人才引进工作、发挥特色和优势、处理好内外关系、营造良好的环境、采取灵活的引进方式等来做好人才引进工作。
As the marketing economy has made the competition for talents intensified day by day, universities in West China must draw lessons from experience, scientifically plan the introduction of talents, make full use of their own features and advantages, deal with various relations efficiently, create healthy environment, and adopt flexible ways so as to attract more talents to serve in the universities of the West.
