摘要
由Gleeble热塑性试验及Varestraint热裂试验可以看出,与通常的303不锈钢相比,303SuperX不锈钢具有优良的焊接性。由Delong图计算所得的铁素体数量(FN)处于1.2~5.5值域。FN在这一值域的变化对该种高锰易切削不锈钢的抗热裂性无可见影响。在303SuperX钢中C/Si比率增大将明显地增强其热裂倾向。金相试验表明,303SuperX的焊缝热影响区的液相偏析属于隔离的晶界偏析类型。
The excellent weldability of 303 Super X as contrasted to conventional 303 stainless steels was revealed by using the Gleeble hot ductility test and Varestraint hot cracking test.Ferrite number calculated by Delong diagram in the range of 1.2 to 5.5 showed to detectable influence on hot cracking resistance in the high manganese free machining stainless steels.Increase of C to Si ratio in the 303 Super X steels enhances the hot cracking appreciably.Metallographic examination of the weld HAZ of 303 Super X materials elucidates that weld HAZ liquation can be characterized as isolated grain boundary liquation type.
