摘要
电子数据库的版权保护的问题是目前计算机技术版权保护中的一个热点 ,本文通过一个软件版权纠纷的案例 ,讨论了其中存在的问题 ,即在现阶段 ,未有专门保护数据库法律的情况下 ,可否把电子数据库与程序一起纳入软件保护的范围的问题 .
The protection of electronic database is an important problem of copyright in computer technology.There are no regulations to deal with the copyright of database in China.Research in the relation between program and database may help solve some infringement cases.Reasons are given in this paper.
