水平浓淡微油点火煤粉燃烧器燃烧过程数值模拟及工业应用 被引量:5

Numerical Simulation and Industrial Application of Combustion Process of Horizontal Bias Less-Oil Ignited Pulverized-coal Burner

摘要 为了进一步研究水平浓淡微油点火煤粉燃烧器的运行参数对点火运行状态的影响,利用Fluent软件对煤粉点火燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。由于燃料中含有煤粉和油2种燃料,对气相燃烧模拟采用二混合分数方法。在燃烧器不同入口煤粉浓度和入口风速条件下,模拟燃烧器点火运行状态,得到了合理的运行参数,并与现场实测数据进行了比较分析,为燃烧器的实际工程应用和推广提供了更为完善的数据。 To further study the effects of operational parameters of less-oil ignited horizontal bias pulverized-coal burner on ignition operation states, Fluent is used to conduct numerical simulation of pulverized-coal ignition process. Because pulverized-coal and oil are mixed, two mixture ratio method is used in gas-phase combustion simulation. Under different entry pulverized coal concentration and entry air speed, rational operating parameters are calculated through burner ignition simulation. Results are compared with measured data, providing instructive data for its engineering application and promotion.
