摘要
南网超高压公司的几个换流站采用PEMO2000装置来监测接地极线故障。通过对PEMO2000监测特性的分析,可知PEMO2000可以准确监测接地极线上的永久性单线金属接地、线间短路和接地极线开路故障,但是无法监测到故障时间小于2s和高阻抗接地故障。PEMO2000的测量与线路行波测距中的利用重合闸信号测距方法接近,国内厂家可以考虑借用双端测距的方法实现接地极线的实时检测。
PEMO2000 is used to ground wire fault monitoring by several converter stations of UHV Transmission Co., of China Southern Power Grid. Through analysis of its monitoring characteristics, it known that PEMO2000 can correctly monitoring faults, including permanent single metal-wire grounding, short circuit between lines, and ground wire open circuit. However, it is unable to identify faults with duration less than 2 seconds and high- impedance ground faults. Because the principle of PEMO2000 is similar to the method used in line traveling wave range finding, domestic manufacturers can realize real-time ground wire monitoring through range finding from both ends.
