摘要
濮阳500kV仓颉变电站综合自动化系统技改工程采用技改和扩建同时进行的办法,减少了停电时间及次数。技改内容包括更换所有监控屏和部分保护屏,改造所有隔离开关控制回路。通过对2种施工方案的比较,确立了停电时间短、安全可靠的实施方案。对隔离开关的控制回路的改造,提高了隔离开关机构的改造效率,保证了工程进度。
Technical upgrade and expansion construction are carried out simultaneously in Puyang 500 kV Cangjie substation integrated automatization upgrade project, resulting in less power outage time and numbers. The technical upgrade includes replacing all monitoring screens and part of protecting screens, and retrofiting control circuits of all isolating breakers. By comparing two construction schemes, the one with shorter power outage and better reliability is chosen. The upgrade of control circuits improves efficiency of isolating switching mechanism and ensures construction schedule.
