早期糖尿病肾病血常规变化回顾分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨早期糖尿病肾病血常规变化的规律和原因。方法比较糖尿病肾病组、非糖尿病肾病组和正常人组三组患者血常规指标的差异;并分析糖尿病肾病组血红蛋白浓度与血小板计数及白细胞的相关性。结果糖尿病肾病患者较非糖尿病肾病患者及正常人的血常规指标明显降低。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者易较早出现贫血。
