摘要
在不同温度下,以不同剂量的SlNPV饲食斜纹夜蛾SpodopteralituraF.幼虫.结果表明,1~6龄染病幼虫的发育起点温分别是18.79,16.29,14.19,10.87,8.39,7.03℃;1~4龄染病幼虫的发育最适温分别是32.85,33.48,34.22,31.75℃.1~6龄染病幼虫的取食最适温分别是26.5,25.57,27.90,27.82,29.01,28.85℃.建立了1~6龄染病幼虫取食白菜量的温度依赖模型,死亡速率模型。
The larvae of Spodoptera litura F. with different dosages of SlNPV under different temperatures,the results showed that the base temperature for development of 1st ̄6th instar infected larvae were 18.79, 16.29, 14 19, 10 87, 8 39, 7 03 ℃, and the optimal ones for 1st ̄4th instar were 32 85, 33 48, 34 22, 31 75 ℃,respectively. The optimal feeding temperature for 1st ̄6th instar larvae were 26 5, 25 57, 27 9, 27 82, 29 01, 28 85℃,respectively.The temperature dependent models for dying velocity, feeding amount, and development of infected 1st ̄6th instar larvae were developed.
