摘要
通过水垢的能谱分析、X射线粉晶分析和染色等实验及结晶学中的配位数理论,研究了磁化水的防垢机理及其适用界限.实验表明,水经磁化后,化学性质未变但原水垢与磁水垢的晶体结构却有明显差异.可见水的磁化处理是一种物理方法.磁化防垢效果与原水水质有关.水被加热后,只有水中的Ca(HCO3)2暂时硬度会生成具有“同质二象”特性的CaCO3水垢,因此该水处理方法仅适用于Ca盐占优势的暂硬水.
This paper deals with the principle of preventing scale by magnetic water and its applicable limitation.The result is obtained through experiments of spectrometric analysis,X ray diffractive analysis,colouring for the scale,and coordination number theory in the crystallography.These experiments indicate that chemical nature of water is uniform after water was magnetized.But crystal structures of raw scale and magnetic scale have notable difference.Thus magnetic treatment of water is a physical method.The effect of preventing scale by magnetic water is related to composition of raw water.When water was heated,only Ca(HCO 3) 2 scale which has homogeneity twotype character.Therefore the water treatment method is applied only to temporary hardness water in which calcium salt takes the lead.
