摘要
利用辽河油田１９９４和１９９５年的气象、水文、灾情等资料，详细地研究了辽河油田洪灾的灾害链并试图弄清建立在因果关系基础上的具体成因因子（包括诱发因子、抗性素质因子、孕灾环境因子），并在此基础上提出了若干减灾对策．
Based on hydrological,meterological data in Liaohe Oil Field during 1994-1995,the flood damages-for-mation factors are analysed in three aspects of inducing,enlarging and diathetic factors.By above-mentioned results,the paper presents some measures of reducing flood damages in Liaohe Oil Field.
