杭州市“八五”期间(1991～1995年)气象灾害剖析

Meteorological Disasters in Hangzhou City During “The 8th 5 year Project Period” (1991～1995)

杭州市属亚热带季风气候，气候资源丰富，但气象灾害频繁，主要气象灾害有洪涝、高温干旱、台风、连阴雨、低温冷害、大风冰雹等．“八五”期间，杭州市梅汛期降水持续偏多，出现连续暴雨和大暴雨天气，洪涝严重；１９９４—１９９５年连续出现夏季持续高温酷暑、严重干旱的气候，造成杭州市“八五”期间气象灾害频繁发生的原因是目前杭州正处高温多雨期，而海温异常、大气环流异常也是造成杭州气象灾害的重要因素．

Hangzhou City is situated at tropical monsoon climatological region,with rich climatological resources,but meteorological disasters occured frequently also,such as flash floods,hot weather and droughts,typhoons,rainfall lasting several days to month,frozen hazards,hail and gusts,etc.During 1991-1995,the precipitation of Hangzhou within Mei rain seasons is greater than normal,with continuously heavy rainfall and severe rain storms,so that flash floods occured;severe summer heat waves and severe droughts appeared both in 1994 and 1995.Frequent occurence of meteorological hazards during 1991-1995 in Hangzhou was caused by the long term climatological period with temperature and rich precipitation which Hangzhou was experiencing,and the abnormals of sea surface temperature and atmospheric circulation were also the main factors which effected the occurence of meteorological disasters.
