摘要
本文通过分析学习动机、信念、兴趣、学习性焦虑及学习者的性格等非智力因素,指出教师应充分考虑非智力因素在成人商务英语教学中的作用,建议采取相应教学策略,体现成人商务英语教学的社会性、多样性、实用性、目的性等特点,从而培养出具有实际运用英语语言能力的高素质复合型人才。
Through analyzing the non- intelligence factors such as learning motivation, belief, interest, learning anxiety and the character of learners, this paper pointed out that teachers should fully consider the effect of non - intelligence factors in adult business English teaching, take corresponding teaching strategies and reflect the features of adult business english teaching in the respects of sociahty, diversity, practicality and purposefulness, so as to cultivate high qualified personnel with practical English ability.
