摘要
以配置的水样为研究对象考察了氯与高锰酸钾单独使用及联用灭活细菌的效果。试验结果表明:投药总量相同情况下,二者联用消毒的效果与单独氯消毒的效果相当,有时甚至略好于单独氯消毒;用Berenbaum公式计算得出氯与高锰酸钾联用灭活细菌时浓度比为0.71,氯与高锰酸钾联用对细菌为协同灭活作用。
Saw about the effect of killing bacterium suing either chlorine or potassium permanganate and the effect when they were used together using the water collocated as the subject to study. The result shows that, firstly, when using the same amount of the medicaments, the effect of killing bacterium using the two medicaments together is no less than the effect when potassium is used alone. Secondly, the concentration ratio chlorine to potassium permanganate when used together is 0.71 calculating with the Berenbaum Formula and the effect of killing bacterium is cooperated .
