摘要
较为系统地从液态、半固态和固态方面介绍了先进的镁合金精密成形技术,包括压铸、熔模铸造、真空铸造、精密锻造、冲压、挤压、粉末成形,并介绍了上述几种方法最新的研究成果,展示了镁合金广阔的应用前景。最后,对镁合金的发展方向进行了展望。
Advanced magnesium alloy precision forming techniques are introduced from the aspects of liquid, semi-solid and solid state, including die casting, investment casting, vacuum casting, precision forging, stamping, ex- trusion and powder metallurgy. Also, recent achievements in these fields are presented to show that magnesium alloys can be widely used in the future. At last, the development of the forming techniques of magnesium alloys is presented.
