摘要
采用二次阳极氧化法,制备出高度有序的阳极氧化铝模板(AAO模板)。并以AAO模板为电极,分别用交流和直流的方法从水溶液中沉积出SmCo纳米线阵列。用原子力显微镜、场发射扫描电镜对其形貌、成分进行表征,结果表明,SmCo纳米线的线壁光滑、线径一致,约为80nm和100nm;线阵中稀土Sm的含量达16.25%(质量分数)。X射线衍射分析表明该SmCo纳米线为非晶结构。
The highly ordered anodic alumina oxide templates (AAO templates) are fabricated by the two-step anodization. Using the AAO templates as electrode, the SmCo nanowires are electrodeposited from the aqueous electrolyte by DC and AC methods separately. The morphology and the composition of the SmCo nanowires are character- ized by the atomic force microscope and the field emission scanning electron microscope. The results indicate that the SmCo nanowires are very smooth and have the same diameter, which is about 80nm or 100nm. The content of the rare earth metal Sm in the nanowires reaches 16. 25 %. The structure of the nanowires is also studied by the X-ray diffraction technology, and it is proved to be an amorphous structure.
