摘要
通过对热激发煤矸石-水泥体系的水化热特征、Ca(OH)2含量、化学结合水含量以及热激发煤矸石的反应程度的研究,揭示了热激发煤矸石-水泥体系中热激发煤矸石和水泥的相互作用规律。研究结果表明,热激发煤矸石对于水泥水化的促进作用主要表现在早期,中间阶段对于水泥的水化会产生一定的抑制作用;水泥对于煤矸石的火山灰反应的促进作用则贯穿于始终。
The rule of interaction between the thermal activated coal gangue and the cement in the thermal acti- vated coal gangue-cement system is revealed by the study of the hydration heat, the content of Ca(OH)2, the chemical combined water content and the reaction degree of thermal activated coal gangue in the system. The research results show that the accelerating effect of thermal activated coal gangue on cement hydration takes place at early stage and thermal activated coal gangue can restrain the cement hydration at the middle stage to some extent. The accelerating effect of cement on the pozzolanic reaction of thermal activated coal gangue exists from start to end.
