摘要
研究了C含量对Fe-B基合金的耐液锌腐蚀性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加碳元素后,合金中形成了新相Fe3(C,B),组织细化,耐蚀性明显提高,合金的硬度提高,但抗弯强度降低。
In this article,the effect of C content on the mechanical properties and the corrosion resistance of Fe- B alloys to liquid zinc is investigated. The results show that the new phase Fe3 (C, B) is generated with carbon addition,and the structure of the alloy is refined. With the increase of carbon addition, the corrosion rate and bending strength of the alloy decrease, but the hardness increases.
