软肝丸对肝细胞再生作用的研究

Study on Regeneration of Liver Cell with Soft liver Pill

本实验中采用了新药物研究中认可的ＣＣＬ４诱导大白鼠慢性肝损害的模型作为研究对象．病理结果说明使用软肝丸有良好的抗细胞坏死，能明显抑制肝纤维化过程，促进肝细胞再生作用．药效学的研究，也提示软肝丸可以降低血清ＡＬＴ及肝组织中的羟脯氨酸的含量．

The rats hepatic impairment caused from CCL 4 was studied. CCL 4 was accepted in the study on new drugs. By using soft liver pill,the result of the experiment indicated that the pill had good effect to prevent the hepatocyte from necrisis,fibrosis and promote regeneration of the hepatocyte. The pharmacodynamic studies also indicated that the pill could lower the level of ALT in the serum and hydroxyphotine in the hepatic tissue.
