类风湿性关节炎112例遵医行为调查分析

Survey and analysis of compliance behavior of 112 patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎患者遵医情况及提高遵医行为的对策。方法:采用自行设计的类风湿性关节炎患者遵医行为调查问卷对112例患者进行调查,并对影响患者遵医行为的因素进行分析。结果:51.6%的患者完全遵医,31.8%的患者不完全遵医,16.6%的患者完全不遵医。患者的遵医行为与疾病的不同阶段、掌握的知识、家庭支持、医患关系等具有显著相关性。结论:提高类风湿性关节炎患者的遵医行为可延长其自理能力、工作能力,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To study the patients compliance behavior in order to find the countermeasures to improve their behavior. Methods ： Self - designed questionnaire was used to make a survey on the compliance behavior of 112 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the factors to affect patients compliance behavior were analyzed. Results： 51.6% of the patients could completely follow doctor＇s prescription; 31.8% could do it incompletely; 16.6% could not do it at all. The obvious correlation could be found between compliance behavior and suffering from disease at different stage, awareness, family support, relationship between medical personnel and patients. Conclusion： Good compliance behavior can prolong patient＇s self - care ability, working ability and increase their quality of life.
