摘要
从室温至500℃测得γ辐照的MgSO4样品的热释光发光曲线,通过计算机解谱,得到4个基本的发光峰.实验结果表明,4个发光峰均为超线性响应.前3个发光峰的超线性随峰温增加而增加,而第4发光峰的超线性反而有所减小.这与所观察到的LiF(Mg,Ti)的剂量响应超线性规律有所不同.文章还讨论了MgSO4,LiF(Mg,Ti)和LiF(Mg,Cu,P)等热释光材料的的剂量响应的非线性相关的一些问题.
The thermoluminescence(TL) from anhydrous magnesium sulphate powder irradiated with γ ray in dose range from 1 Gy to 20 kGy were measured in pure nitrogen environment. TL glow curves were deconvoluted into four elementary peaks based on Gaussian function. The measured TL dose responses were fitted with a dose response function to get nonlinear characteristic parameters, one action factor and characteristic dose. It is shown in this experiments that the dose responses of peak height for 4 glow peaks are supralinear. The characteristics of dose responses in LiF(M,Ti), LiF(Mg,Cu,P) and MgSO 4 are discussed.
