肾脏疾病的发生、发展大多与免疫异常有关,免疫调节或免疫抑制是治疗肾脏疾病的基础方法,糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)是治疗免疫性肾脏疾病的主要药物,具有强大的抗炎和免疫抑制作用,在肾脏病临床治疗中应用甚广。但其种类繁多,使用不当会造成严重的不良反应,必须严格掌握其适应证,并规范GC的临床使用。本文重点介绍GC的临床药理、适应证、禁忌证和不良反应等。

The occurrence and development of kidney diseases are mostly related to immune disorders, Immunological regulation or immunosuppression is the basic therapies for kidney diseases, in which glucocorticoid is mainly used for its great anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive action. Because of the various types and many side effects of glucocorticoids, it is necessary to restrict the indication and standardize the application of glucocorticoids to kidney disease. This article aims to discuss clinical pharmacology , indication, contraindication and adverse reactions of glucocorticoids.
