摘要 目的观察干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿EB病毒感染的疗效及不良反应。方法108例EB病毒感染患儿分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组56例采用重组人干扰素α-2a注射剂雾化吸入治疗,同时给予退热等对症处理;对照组52例用利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗,对症处理同治疗组。结果治疗组症状、体征消失时间及实验室检查恢复正常时间与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);EB-VCA-IgM转阴率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);3月复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿EB病毒感染可缩短病程及降低复发率。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and adverse effect of interferon aerosol on EB virus infection in children, Methods 108 cases of EB virus infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Fifty-six patients in the treatment group were given nebulized inhalation treatment with recombinant human interferon α-2 injection, while 52 patients in the control group were given ribavirin aerosol inhalation treatment. The symptomatic treatment was comparable in the two groups. ResuIts In the treatment group, the time for symptoms and pathological signs disappearance as well as the time in which laboratory test Results returned to normal were evidently shorter than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). EB-VCA IgM-negative rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Three-month recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of interferon to treat infant EB virus infection can cut down the course of disease and reduce recurrence rate.
