避开原手术滤过区白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术临床效果观察

Clinical effect of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation after glaucoma filtering surgery

目的探讨抗青光眼滤过术后行白内障手术的方法。方法对36例(42眼)青光眼滤过术后白内障患者行透明角膜切口超声乳化吸出和人工晶状体植入术,分析术后视力、眼压、前房深度、滤过泡及并发症。结果术后视力均较术前提高,眼压无升高,术后并发症包括角膜内皮水肿、虹膜损伤、前房出血、前段葡萄膜反应等。结论透明角膜切口超声乳化手术安全有效,同时保护了原有滤过泡功能。

Objective To investigate the method of cataract extraction in eyes that had undergone glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods A total of 36 patients （42 eyes） with cataract who had undergone glaucoma filtering surgery were surgically treated by clear corneal incision, phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The postoperative vision, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, filtering bleb and complication were analysed. Results After operation, the visual acuity of all eyes was improved and all the intraocular pressures were under the control The postoperative complication included corneal endothelial edema, iris injury, anterior uveal reaction and hyphema. Conclusion The phacoemulsification with clear corneal incision is safe and effective. It improves visual acuity and meanwhile maintains the function of filtering blebs.
