摘要
本组35例阑尾脓肿经静脉滴注甲硝唑5～7天,联合运用抗需氧菌抗生素,治愈率达94.2％,有效率达100％。文章指出,对阑尾脓肿加强抗厌氧菌感染是提高非手术疗法疗效的关键性措施。
This article reports therapecutive efficacy of combined treatment with metronidazole and antiaerobic antibiotics in 35 patients of appendicular abscess for 5～7 days, the cure rates was 94.2%,the effective rates was 100%. It appears to the author that strenghening the treatment of antianaerobic infection is the key measuse to raise the effective rate of non-operative treatment of appendicual abscess.
